Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 October 2026. This policy describes the current version of REMAX FreeTools, operated by REMAX Video, Sheoganj, Rajasthan, India.
Tool inputs and files
Selected images, audio, videos, text, JSON and other tool inputs are processed in your browser. The tools do not send these inputs to a processing server, save them to an account or retain them after you leave the page. Downloaded results are saved to your own device. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
Direct media links
If you use the media file downloader, your browser contacts the source URL you enter. That external server receives your IP address and request information and applies its own privacy practices. We do not proxy or retain your media URL.
Saved and recent tools
If browser storage is available, favourites and recently opened tool identifiers are saved in local storage on this device. They do not contain your files, text, generated results or media URLs. Use Clear saved & recent tools on the home page or clear browser site data to remove them.
Installed app and offline storage
Installing the app lets your browser cache public website pages and converter assets. Files you select, generated results and entered URLs are not added to the offline cache. You can clear cached website data through your browser settings or uninstall the app. Large converter assets load only when a conversion is requested.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider receives information required to deliver the website, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational and security logs according to the provider’s practices. Local processing does not mean that website delivery is anonymous.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This version does not load analytics or advertising scripts and does not set application cookies or save tool inputs in local storage. It does store favourite and recent tool identifiers. The app caches public pages and software assets for offline use. Browser and hosting infrastructure may have their own operational behavior. If we add advertising or analytics, we will update this policy and provide applicable consent controls before activating them.
Contact and external services
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. The WhatsApp contact link takes you to a third-party service. Do not send sensitive files, passwords or private keys.
Your choices
You can clear the workspace by leaving or refreshing a tool page. Browser downloads are under your control. To ask about information you have sent to us directly, use our contact page.
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change. Review it before using any newly introduced service.
